Wheat Beer

Weizenbock

A wheat bock — the strongest of German wheat beers at 7–9.5% ABV. Combines the banana-clove yeast character of Hefeweizen with the rich, malty depth of a bock. Complex and warming, often dark-hued with layers of dried fruit.
