A delicate, top-fermented style from Cologne, Germany, fermented warm and conditioned cold. Pale golden with soft malt, subtle fruit esters, and a gentle hop dryness. ABV 4.4–5.2%. Only beers brewed in Cologne can legally be called Kölsch.
