Lager

Helles, Dortmunder

Munich Helles ('pale' in German) is a malt-accented pale lager, softer and rounder than a Pilsener. Dortmunder Export is slightly stronger and more balanced. Both are 4.7–5.4% ABV — elegantly simple and very drinkable.
