Doppelbock

The 'double bock' — an intensely malty, strong lager with rich flavors of dark fruit, toasted bread, and caramel. Originally brewed by monks for fasting periods. ABV 7–12%. Names traditionally end in '-ator' (Salvator, Celebrator).
